How To Apply for KL University Hyderabad?
Candidates can apply for University Exam in online mode as well as offline mode.
Online Mode:
- Visit the official Website of KL Hyderabad University (http://klh.edu.in).
- Click on the Application Form link.
- Fill in all the required details with the required documents.
- Pay the Fee through Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card.
- Take a print out of the form, candidates.
- Sign in and also get it signed by parents/ guardians and then send it via speed post to the address of the University.
Offline Mode:
- Candidates can collect the form from the University.
- Fill the application form and attach the Demand Draft.
- Demand Draft is drawn in favor of “KL University” payable at Hyderabad (from any Nationalised Bank only).

KL University offers a scholarship through concession in tuition fees paid by the students annually. The admission cell at KL University Hyderabad takes all the work from documentation to onboarding of students for different courses. The admission cell also maintains a record of cut-off for certain courses. Conditions:
- Up to 100% fee waiver is given to the students for Sports/NCC/Cultural participation. Interested candidates must bring the relevant certificates for availing the same.
- A student can avail of only one fee scholarship at a time.
- All fee scholarships are given to students per semester wise only.
- Fee waiver/scholarship is applicable for the Rankers of EAMCET, IIT–JEE, KLUEEE, and intermediate (10+2) exams of the year 2019 only.
- From the 2nd semester onwards, scholarships are applicable only if the student maintains a particular grade.
KL University Hyderabad Placement
The placement team of KL University Hyderabad helps students develop their personalities through personality development programmes and connects them with the many job prospects in the industry. Although the KL University Hyderabad 2023 placements haven't started yet, the university had a 100% placement rate in the previous years. The majority of the sales and marketing positions were offered for the KL University Hyderabad placements in 2023 for all the offered courses. Different roles in analytics, BFSI, consultancy, e-commerce, education, technology consulting, IT/ITES, manufacturing/auto, pharma, healthcare, and real estate were offered to management students.
The KLU placement process involves the coordination of the university with the related organisations and sharing these details among the students. Subsequently, these companies hold a pre-placement talk sharing their policies and then initiate their selection process through interviews or group discussions among students. After this process, the companies evaluate the students and then eventually hand over offer letters they feel suit their companies.
KL University Hyderabad training and placement cell were constituted with the sole purpose of assisting all the students in choosing their careers. This cell helps the students understand their potential and wisely choose their careers. It further helps them by training them in their chosen fields and thus helping them niche out successful careers in their respective fields.
The alumni association of KL University Hyderabad is also a proactive group that gives all the placement-related support needed by students to be able to crack an interview. People from the KLU Alumni association train the new students through their real-life experiences and give them a hands-on experience with real-world trends in the Job market.
The KL University Hyderabad Placement cell caters to three main objectives- firstly training, secondly providing placements and last but not least, helping them associate with the alumni. All three objectives are intertwined in such a fashion that the placement cell smoothly and actively provides students with the best possible platforms to rocket-start their respective careers. KL University Hyderabad has made a name for itself with tie-ups with many industry giants. This has helped the students to have industry experience and learn from some of the industry leaders as well. Many top MNCs are said to come for placement rounds in 2023. KL University Hyderabad is also training the students beforehand so that they are well prepared for the campus drive.
KL University Hyderabad Placement Process
The placement office informs students about the available job opportunities in government sectors and off-campus drives by putting it up on the notice board and on the university websites as well. They also highlight articles on departmental notice boards regarding competitive & industrial career opportunities.
The role of the placement cell at KLUH comprises these main tasks -
- Keeping track of the current status of ex-students and maintaining their needs and comments.
- Maintaining a databank on profiles of their present students
- Building and maintaining good relations with the industry, inviting management groups for campus placements, getting feedback on their student’s performance, etc.
- Keeping track of all advertisements related to the industry and communicating them to the concerned students.
- Organising personality development programmes, and inviting industry experts for visiting the campus.
- To assist students in getting vocational training and campus placements.
- The interview in the campus placements generally has 3 rounds and some recruiters conduct 5 rounds.

KL University Hyderabad Campus
The Central Library on the campus of KL University has all the relevant materials pertaining to engineering, pharmacy, law, science, humanities, etc. The library has more than one lakh books and five hundred hard copies of periodicals on various subjects related to teaching and research. Recently, a new library building has also come up with modern IT facilities.
KL University Hyderabad campus also has a state-of-the-art data centre with advanced servers which offer a highly interactive learning environment. The campus also has the communication and soft skills department which helps with the placements. It conducts various activities such as mock placement drives, written tests, pre-placement talks, and group discussions.
The campus has separate hostels for boys and girls. Hostels are well-furnished and are replete with modern amenities, they have a kitchen and a spacious dining area. A power backup facility is also provided. There is round-the-clock security, and dispensary facilities are also available. The hostels are wi-fi enabled, and for girls, there are 2 hostels. Rooms can be AC/non-AC, and there are suite rooms as well with modern furniture and a separate study room. For boys, there are 7 hostels.
KL University Hyderabad has a fleet of 84 buses which cover all the important areas, and a transportation facility is also available for industrial visits, special tours, and educational visits. The campus also has an ambulance service which is available 24 hours in case of an emergency. The campus also has a canteen which offers quality food and is very spacious. Mini cafes and fast-food centres are also available in various blocks. The canteen has a range of North-Indian as well as South-Indian dishes. The university also has an indoor stadium, open-air theatre, health centre, and hobby clubs, and the KLUH is also responsible for conducting various fests, cultural activities etc.
